I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the front desk team, especially Deepak Kumar, was incredibly helpful. They even surprised me with a pre-paid birthday cake that was delicious. The morning breakfast offered a wide variety of options. However, the service had its ups and downs with some issues during check-in. The location was convenient for some, but a bit out of the way from the main Gurgaon spots. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering decent choices. Overall, a good value for the money.
